Al Saraya Properties signed a strata management agreement with BCS Management Company to manage Marsa II, a development located at Amwaj Islands.
Al Saraya Properties general manager Redha Mukhtar said Marsa II is ahead of schedule in terms of construction and sales.
It consists of 26 villas overlooking the lagoon and offers a closed-gated community. Construction began in March, 2008, and is expected to be completed by the end of next year.
Those in attendance at the signing ceremony were general manager of Al Saraya Properties Redha Mukhtar, general manager of BCS, Paul Banoob and business development executive Adel Almutlaq.
Mr Banoob said the deal will allow his company to demonstrate 'the international quality' of services that it is capable of providing.
