LEADING Bahraini artist Balqees Fakhro recently hosted a panel discussion with young budding artists as part of the 'Ta'a Al Shabab Cultural Youth Festival', a Tashkeel initiative at MODA Mall.
Held under the patronage of Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, Minister of Culture, the forum provided an opportunity for young Bahraini artists to learn about and discuss the various special techniques used by Balqees Fakhro to make her paintings exceptional.
