Following the stunning success of the inaugural Gulf Industry Forum in January this year, senior government, industry and business officials from the all over the world are set to gather again at the Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre (BIECC) on February 9 for the second edition of the forum.

Top-level speakers and delegates will discuss highly relevant topics at the 2011 meeting, including: Powering Industrial Development; The Industrial Workforce; Market Innovation and Creating Industrial and Manufacturing Businesses.

The Gulf Industry Forum, organised by Bahrain-based Hilal Conferences & Exhibitions (HCE) in association with international consultancy North Star Associates, is a unique opportunity for businessmen and industrialists from the Gulf region and further afield to exchange information, views and opinions under the Forum theme 'The Future is Industry'.

HCE conference director Ahmed Suleiman said: "The inaugural Forum in 2010 laid the foundation for HCE's vision to develop Bahrain as an intellectual meeting point by bringing together leading regional and global experts to share their views on industrialisation. Gulf Industry Forum provides a platform for constructive dialogue and ideas among key decision makers and industrialists in an environment of debate, unfettered by distractions of self-promotion."

The Forum is held alongside HCE's flagship trade show, Gulf Industry Fair, to be held from February 8-10 2011 at the BIECC. For information visit www.gulfindustryforum.com
