The Curves Women’s Fitness Centre is encouraging women to get more out of their workout and have fun while doing so.

The team at Curves says it understands that ‘a little more stamina and energy’ could do wonders for a woman’s daily schedule.

“With the proven Curves 30-minute circuit, women will work every major muscle group and burn up to 500 calories per workout,” a spokeswoman said.

With thousands of locations worldwide it was even possible for members to visit a Curves outlet whilst on holiday. But now that families are back on the island after their summer break the Curves team in Budaiya says it can help busy mums continue to reach their weight goals by helping them keep trim and tone muscles.
