‘The most sculpted ever’ model launched

THE ninth generation all-new 2013 Honda Accord Sedan and Accord Coupe has been launched in the region.

Described by its designers as ‘the most sculpted ever Accord’ it delivers an even more spacious and comfortable passenger cabin wrapped in a dynamic exterior design.

The new Accord line-up offers a wide choice of seven different grades in Sedan and two grades in its Coupe version. Both the Sedan and Coupe models are powered by 4-cylinder or V6 engines mated to 5-speed or 6-speed automatic transmission respectively.

Starting in the front, a bold new grille imparts a distinctive and dynamic tension that complements the powerful look of the hood’s multiple styling lines.

Deeply sculpted character line flows through the door handles and flares upward toward the rear of the vehicle aimed to further convey a sense of dynamism and sporty attitude. In the back, the inward slope where the fenders taper into the trunk and C-pillars is designed to convey a powerful, athletic stance from the rear.

New technologies include:

*LED daytime running lights are available as standard feature on all Accord models.
*LED taillights are available as standard on all Accord Sedan models.
*The 3.5 EX and 3.5 Sport offers Honda’s first LED projector headlights for improved visibility.
*Smart Entry & Push Button Start included on EX and Sport models.
* Included on 3.5 EX and 3.5 Sport, Honda ‘LaneWatch’ Blind Spot Display provides an expanded rear view of the passenger side roadway through the intelligent Multi-Information Display.

The 2013 Honda Accord is covered by a 3-year/100,000-km new-car limited warranty. In Bahrain the competitive price starts from BD9,200-BD13,200 for the Accord Sedan while the Accord Coupe is available at BD10,500-BD13,200
