Saba says ... relax, don’t do it!

They say we are in the ‘Age of Speed’. Everything happens at lightning speed. We wake up early in the week and go to bed realising that it’s the weekend and we have no idea where the week went.  Sound familiar?

Between work, family and other obligations it sometimes feels like we don’t have time to relax and just take some mental time off.  Well, in case you’re one of those, let me tell you that taking some time to relax physically and mentally every once in a while is extremely important for your health and well-being. 

Too much work and not enough time out for you can result in mental health problems, memory failure and even heart attack.

Take some time daily or weekly and just relax. Turn off your mobile, unhook the phone and just relax.  Clear your mind and relax you muscles.
 
You can lie down or sit up if you like. Take deep, slow breaths and try to keep just one image in your mind.  If your mind wanders bring it back to the image you have.

So my friends ... relax!
