The three-day Arab Leadership Forum (ALF) 2011 came to a close at the Bahrain International Circuit.
The annual forum offered nearly 200 young Bahraini professionals extensive training and insight into various leadership skills.
The participants learned how to develop their leadership mindset to become successful and effective leaders, providing them with a unique opportunity to network with like-minded young professionals.
This year’s forum featured some of the region’s top professionals sharing their success stories. The event was attended by a number of international leadership trainers including Gaia Grant, best-selling author and leadership consultant, Manoj Sharma, a leading corporate strategist and international speaker, Robert Panté.
In addition, a number of leading local motivational speakers also presented at the forum including nutritionist Alia Al Moayyed, Mazin Khoury COO of American Express and Sameer Uchi, CEO of MaxMedia.
Organisers say ALF 2011 reflects YAL’s commitment to educating and nurturing the leadership potential among Bahrain’s young people and providing them with skills-training and mentoring to forge ahead in their careers.
