Any golfer that has practiced or played for a
period of time has most surely been told to ‘keep the head down’ at some point by a playing partner or friend.
Whilst this advice is normally given with the best intention, I feel it completely inhibits a full flowing golf swing.
Certainly from set-up, during the backswing and into impact, the eyes have to focus on the ball.
At address try to raise your chin a little, so it is clear of the chest. This will allow the shoulders to turn freely, without
the head moving too much, resulting in more power and better strikes.
