Rob Lane and playing partner Nils Berge were crowned overall champions of the Porsche Monday Madness Night Golf Series at the Royal Golf Club (RGC) after winning the series order of merit with 12 points.
The husband and wife pairing of Steven and Samantha Hill came second with eight points while Rob Mills and Adrian Morgan took third place, also with eight points.
The final competition in the six-week series was played in the Vegas Stableford format and was won by father and son Phil and William Dixon with a score of 22. The Hills were runners-up on 21, giving them four additional order of merit points and pushing them into second place on the overall leaderboard.
Dave Fernie and Mohamed Akeel narrowly clinched third place with a score of 19 on countback while nearest the pin side contests on holes 12 and 16 were won by William Dixon and David Wales, respectively.
More than 25 golfers competed in the final event of the series. A prize presentation ceremony was held in the Members’ Lounge where Taher Ali, marketing manager for Porsche Centre Bahrain, presented the prizes.
