A Computer Science Week, sparked off with grandiose special assemblies, was staged at New Millennium School - DPS Bahrain, to help nurture creativity, adaptability, critical reasoning and collaboration in students.
The main activities included experiments, model-making, a quiz, an aptitude test and sketches. Topics chosen for an intra-class symposium featured nano-scale materials for energy application, mobile train radio communication and cloud computing.
Students were judged on techno wizardry, reatie ideas, sientifi appliations, competence and relevance in present day life.
