The RIA Institute Bahrain is delighted to announce that the unveiling of the framed Art for Autism Jigsaw will take place at RIA’s new premises in Adliya this morning at 9.30am. 

All participants in, and supporters of, the Art for Autism Awareness Project held in April at Harbour Gate are invited to attend.

The Graffiti Wall designed by @dirty.hands.crew will also be on display along with a selection of artwork from the event. 

RIA Adult Centre students will be hosting the unveiling and completing work experience as greeters and waiters.

There will be opportunities to discuss RIA’s new Adult Centre Project with staff members and students throughout the morning and to view RIA’s new home at Villa 2749, Road 2771, Block 327, Adliya, close to Andalusia Park Hotel.

Beat the Heat initiative’s 10th free distribution of water bottles, fruit and caps to construction workers was held last Friday at Al Ghanah construction site near Manama’s Central Market.

Around 120 workers, all of different nationalities, were the beneficiaries in an event organised by Discover Islam.

Football and hockey are back on the sporting agenda at The Indian Club as ‘The Football / Hockey Fiesta’ gears up to start from October 13 - 25. Entry is now open for teams to register squads of up to eight players in any of the four tournament categories – Under 14, Under 18, Open & Above 40.

The entry fee is BD30 per team. The last date for registration is Sunday. This tournament is open for all nationalities.
