New technology hits us in menacing waves and children are drowning in it. Tablets, mobiles and other technological distractions are hypnotising the younger generation to forget the world around them and only acknowledge the small screen before them.
The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay has recently introduced ‘anti-gravity aerial yoga’ as an addition to its health and wellbeing offerings for spa members and guests. According to the accompanying press release the experience is ‘uplifting’. You can’t argue with that. However, apparently some exponents speak of the possibility of a rare ‘out-of-body experience’ … but I reckon that’s just the blood rushing to their heads!
