MANAMA: After the massive success of Bahrain’s first ever rave with Paul Van Dyk at the Marina Club last April, E-advertising & Promotions, has confirmed the legendary world official No 5 DJ Ferry Corsten (left) to perform in Bahrain on September 14 at the club’s open area.
Ferry is established and respected as one of the world’s top DJs. And it’s not hard to see why? This Dutch DJ likes to play the iconoclast. With his disparate blend of trance, breaks and electro house, Ferry consistently defies the house rules.
His exciting, and predictable, sets attract devotion from a crowd who want something different to the bog standard sugary rushes of more conventional trance DJs.
Ferry Corsten has gained a big fan base in the Middle East, after playing in Dubai, Jordan’s Desert (Wadi Rum) and Beirut.
The organisers said: “We are working hard on confirming string of events with world’s top 10 DJ’s between 2006 and 2007 which will be announced soon.”
Tickets will be out by Monday, August 14, and will be sold at Euphoria, Motorox Café and selected Costa Coffee outlets.
