Bahrain graduates who have achieved world-class qualifications were honoured by Prime Minister Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
They are leaders of the future and reflect the excellence of their teachers not just abroad, but in Bahrain, he said.
The Premier spoke at Bahrain’s 38th Education Day when 635 outstanding students stepped forward into the limelight.
Shaikh Khalifa stressed the government’s priority at this stage was to qualify a generation capable of dealing with demands of the market, while at the same time enjoying the confidence of global establishments. Those honoured at the Education Ministry Hall, Isa Town, had studied at universities worldwide.
