The first Youth Empowerment Seminar was held for teenage inmates at the Reformation and Rehabilitation Directorate.
The six-day free programme, conducted by the Art of Living Foundation, focused on innovative breathing techniques and emphasised the essential human values for a more fulfilling and productive life.
