Don Carpenter, a regular visitor to Riffa Golf Club, narrowly won the club’s Saudi Summer Open competition with a score of 42 points.
In close second and third places respectively, both on 41 points, were Steve Bland and Linda Simpson. Juvenal Faria added excitement to the event when he achieved a hole in one on the 13th hole using a 6 iron.
Dean Marren was awarded an additional prize for coming nearest to the pin on the 16th.
