RealCAPITA, a Bahraini investment real estate firm, has unveiled its new $20 million project 'RealViews, located at the Corniche Al Fateh-Manama.
The 25-storey tower is considered to be the first residential tower to provide luxurious apartments for sale in the area.
Mohammed Al Tawash, vice-chairman and the president of RealCAPITA, said: "This type of project is what RealCAPITA has been looking forward to since the establishment of the company."
RealViews will consist of 58 residential units, containing one, two and three bedroom apartments.
A stunning sea view swimming pool will be located on the 12th floor, which is in the heart of the tower, in addition to a health club and other facilities and services.
Bahrain Intec signed a treaty as the consultants of the project.
RealViews will cover 12,000 square feet.
The project will start next month and aim to complete by 2010.
RealCAPITA was established in 2006 with an authorised paid-up capital of $65 million and is developing many projects across the region, Europe and Southeast Asia.
It recently staged a ground-breaking ceremony for its project in Berrechid on the suburbs of Casa Blanca near the King Mohammed V International __Airport in Morocco.
It is one of numerous projects, valued at 370 million euros (BD216 million), to develop middle class housing units in major Moroccan cities - Kenitra, Berrechid, Oujda, and Safi - over the next four years.
The 13 hectares residential project at Berrechid will feature 6,700 units in a phased development running to 2010.
