The Al Riwaq Art Space in Adliya is hosting a series of workshops. Nedhal Nooh will conduct photography for children aged eight to 12 from 4pm to 6pm. It will be held over six session and cost BD60. Ahmed Anan will conduct painting workshops from 6.30pm to 8.30pm for 16 and above for BD50. Mr Adnan will also conduct a painting workshop for children aged eight to 12 from 10.30am to 12.30pm. The Sar Music Centre will hold a four-day Creative Zone intensive course from Saturday for children aged eight to 16 where they will learn to create a multi-media show involving music, poetry, art, dance and acting. The grand performance will be held on Tuesday at 7pm. Course is BD75. A solo exhibition entitled The Man by Jaffar Al Oraibi will be held until December 5 at the Al Riwaq Art Space in Adliya. It is a series of different interpretations and perceptions the artist has unfolded throughout his artistic process. He has won numerous awards for his work including the first prize at the Qatari Diar Art Symposium and special recognition at the 32nd Annual Plastic Arts exhibit at Bahrain's National Museum.
