Husband and wife Matthew and Rachael Doyle won the second competition of the popular NHSC Monday Madness Night Golf Series at the Royal Golf Club with 27 points.
Mohamed Akeel and playing partner Sauban Bin Rais clinched second place with 25 points while Dena Wales and Abdulrahman Al Amar narrowly won third place with 23 points on count back, forcing last week’s winners, Rob and Debbie Lane, to settle for fourth place with the same score. The ‘Vegas Stableford’ format competition featured nearest the pin side contests on holes 12 and 16 of the Club’s Montgomerie championship course which were won by Lady Captain Dena Wales and Jason Mejia respectively.
A prize presentation ceremony took place in the club’s Members’ Lounge after play and participants enjoyed some complimentary product sampling courtesy of NHSC. Andrew Thomas, Key Account Manager of NHSC was on hand to present the prizes.
The 9 hole competitions are open to non-members at BD 20 per night and tee off every Monday evening with a 6.30pm shotgun start.
