The St Christopher’s Golf Team has been very busy over the past 10 weeks. A 9-hole Match Play Knockout has just been completed with some closely-fought matches.
League 1 ended with Zade Al Borshaid finishing in first place having won three out of four of his matches this year, with Yaseen Le Falher coming second.

In League 2, Nayel Al Borshaid also topped his group with three wins and Ethan Murray finished second.
Moving on, there were some very exciting games to decide the final standings. In the main final, Nayel managed to beat his older brother Zade 4 & 3 to win the knockout shield for the second year in a row.
In the Staff vs Students golf match, Barry Hobday, golf co-ordinator at St Chris noted: “It was rather pleasing to see the staff win for only the second time in 13 years, narrowly beating the students by 3.5 to 2.5 in a close and well-fought contest.”
